Stephen Simmons is an artist whose medium happens to be a glass. He reads a room — the people in it, the occasion, the light, the spirits within reach — and composes from what’s there. That is the difference between hiring a service and commissioning a piece: a service executes a list, an artist responds to the room. Culinary artistry and intentional hospitality, moving together. You bring the guests; he brings everything else.

Konquered Kocktails is the craft-kocktail experience practice of Stephen Simmons, serving St. Charles & Greater St. Louis. We design and deliver on-site kocktail experiences, guided spirit and wine tastings, hands-on sessions where guests build their own expressions, and kustom recipe development — and we publish a weekly board of the drinks coming out of the studio, with the full build for each one.
